Inspired by my work throughout my summer internship and a life-long passion for agriculture and food production (but just as equally, food consumption ;)) this blog serves as a journey through Maryland’s food culture, with focus on the farmers. Each post will feature a different Maryland restaurant that has exceptional local procurement and the food producers they use. Plainly, I want readers to learn where their food is coming from.
